A goal without a plan is just a wish. To make real progress, we need to set goals that are clear and trackable. That's where SMART goals come in!SMART is an acronym that stands for:Specific: What exactly do you want to achieve?Measurable: How will you know when you've reached it?Achievable: Is this goal realistic for you right now?Relevant: Why is this goal important to you?Time-bound: When will you achieve this goal by?Using this framework helps you create a clear roadmap to success, keeping you motivated and focused along the way.

Alex wants to improve their cardiovascular fitness. A vague goal would be: "I want to be a better runner." Let's make it SMART!Specific: I want to improve my running endurance and speed. I will focus on the 5-kilometer distance.Measurable: I will run a 5k in under 30 minutes. I will track my time each week.Achievable: My current 5k time is 35 minutes.
