Key Rules & Conventions
The Singular 'S' Rule
Singular Pronoun (he, she, it) + Verb with an -s
When the subject is a singular pronoun like 'he', 'she', or 'it', the verb in the present tense usually needs an 's' at the end.
The Plural 'No S' Rule
Plural Pronoun (we, they) + Verb with no -s
When the subject is a plural pronoun like 'we' or 'they', the verb in the present tense does not get an 's' at the end. It's the base form of the verb.
