Grammar Rules & Patterns
The 'Me gusta' Rule
Me gusta + la/el + [food name]
To say you like one food, always start with 'Me gusta'. Then add 'la' for girl words or 'el' for boy words.
The 'No me gusta' Rule
No + me gusta + la/el + [food name]
To say you don't like something, just add 'No' in front of 'me gusta'. It's that easy!
Answering a Question Rule
Sí, me gusta. 👍 / No, no me gusta. 👎
When someone asks '¿Te gusta...?', you can give a short answer. 'Sí' means yes, and 'No' means no.
