Using 'en' for 'in'
Evento + es + en + [mes]
To say that something happens *in* a certain month, you use the word 'en'. For example, 'Mi cumpleaños es en mayo' means 'My birthday is in May'.
Months are Masculine
el mes de...
All months are considered masculine nouns. When you say 'the month of...', you use 'el'. For example, 'el mes de julio' means 'the month of July'.
