Grammar Rules & Patterns
Conjugación de Verbos -AR (Presente)
1. Take off the -AR ending. 2. Add a new ending: -o for 'yo' (I), -as for 'tú' (you), -a for 'él/ella' (he/she).
Use this pattern to talk about actions happening now. For the verb 'hablar' (to talk): Yo hablo, tú hablas, él habla.
Concordancia de Género (Adjective Gender Agreement)
If a noun is masculine (like 'el parque'), its adjective should be masculine ('bonito'). If a noun is feminine (like 'la casa'), its adjective should be feminine ('bonita').
Adjectives ending in -o change to -a for feminine nouns. Adjectives ending in -e or a consonant usually stay the same for both.
