The 'Yo-Drop-Swap' Formula
1. Go to the 'yo' form.
2. Drop the '-o'.
3. Swap to the opposite ending (-e/-en for -ar verbs; -a/-an for -er/-ir verbs).
This is the main formula for creating almost all formal commands. For negative commands, simply place 'no' in front of the final verb form.
Spelling Change Rule (-car, -gar, -zar)
c → qu | g → gu | z → c
Before adding your opposite ending, you must change the spelling of verbs ending in -car, -gar, or -zar to preserve the original sound of the consonant.

Saber → sepa(n) | Ir → vaya(n) | Dar → dé/den | Estar → esté(n) | Ser → sea(n)
