A fitness adventure course is a path with different stations where you do fun exercises. Think of it like a playful mission for your body!Why is this so great? Because moving in different ways helps your body grow strong. It makes your heart healthy, builds your muscles, and improves your balance and coordination. It’s exercise that feels like a game!

Example 1 — The Animal Kingdom Course

Let's pretend to be animals! Set up these stations in a safe, open space.Frog Hops: Place a pillow on the floor. Do 5 big frog hops over the pillow.Bear Crawl: From the pillow, crawl on your hands and feet like a big bear to a nearby chair.Crab Walk: Now, walk sideways like a silly crab all the way around the chair.Flamingo Balance: Stand next to the chair and try to balance on one leg for 10 seconds, just like a flamingo! Then switch legs.

Example 2 — The Super Spy Mission

Time for a secret mission! Ask a grown-up to help you set this up.Laser Maze: Crawl under some yarn 'lasers' tied between two chair legs. Don't touch the lasers!Jump the Canyon: Lay a blue blanket on the floor. This is a wide canyon! Take a big running jump to get to the other side.Tip-toe Past the Guards: Tip-toe very quietly from the 'canyon' to a doorway. Shhh!Unlock the Treasure: You made it! Do 5 big star jumps to unlock the treasure.
